Buy two stage snow thrower?

My neighbor has a specific business and snow removal during the winter. He always buys 2 fans Craftsman great stage for their work. Apparently, you still have problems with them, and not even a year! The ramps plastic fracture, fracture of the bolts cut and sometimes they do not work very well. Toro also has an age. El Toro was not a problem! I told him today that we must invest in a new Toro or Ariens snow blower instead of a craftsman, because that is what the professionals use, and are made to handle tough jobs. They are much easier to get parts for, and probably have a better warranty. Never have trouble finding parts for my 35 year old Ariens snow thrower. Am I right?
